Order Processing

    • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive anothernotification when your order has shipped.

        • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99 (or a rate you determine)
        • Free Shipping on orders over $50 (or a threshold you choose)
    • International Shipping:
        • Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
        • Delivery times may vary.
        • Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Shipping Carriers

    • We primarily use USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx for our shipments.
    • You may have the opportunity to select your preferred carrier at checkout.

Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
    • You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes
    • We currently do not ship outside the USA

Lost or Damaged Shipments

    • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim.
    • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in case they are needed for the claim.
